Indianapolis, Indiana

For Fall Break Merinda and I went with Brad to Indianapolis, Indiana.
He had a four day convention to attend for work.
So Merinda and I tagged along and made our own fun...
 Taking selfies, of course.
Catching the views of downtown Indianapolis outside our window during the daytime...

 And at night!
Exploring the sites of downtown: the cool looking JW Marriott Hotel.
Museums which we did not have time to go into (or were too cheap to spend the entrance fee).
NCAA Hall of Champions building.
Central Canal.
Walked the Canal Bridge.
Looked at the art in White River State Park.
Walked the canal trail,
and scenic zoo path.
Made our way back to the city.
And found Circle Center Mall just for Merinda!
This is where we ate, shopped, and watched a movie.
And...took more selfies, of course.
We explored Monument Circle,
and the Soldiers & Sailors Monument (front view).
Side view,
Other side view,
Back view,
And my favorite parts of the monument.
We visited the beautiful churches downtown such as Christ Church Cathedral,
and St. John's Church.
We walked the grounds of Indiana University/Purdue University,
and the Indiana State Capitol.
And we just had to stop at The Rocket Fizz Soda Pop & Candy Shop.
When we got tired of being out on the town, we enjoyed chillin in our hotel room watching our favorite shows and movies, or working out in the gym and swimming in the pool.
And...taking more selfies, of course!
We had a great Fall Break after all, and can't wait to go with Brad on another business trip to explore the next great city!
