Fall Break
Gatlinburg, Tennessee
We had a wonderful visit to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, for Fall Break, with the Holt's and the Allen's.
Rex, Brad, and Mark in their matching outfits (by accident).
Me, Veronica, and Bridgette in our non-matching outfits.
And our cute kids (maybe they are too old to be called cute).
The cabin nested in the trees, was the perfect size for all of us.
There were decks on all three floors of the house,
with beautiful views from each one.
The cabin and surrounding foliage in the fog...
The roads up to the cabin were narrow and steep,
and even treacherous at times (at least for the vehicles).
But even with other cabins around, it still felt quiet and secluded.
We all had a great time just chillin,
eating great food,
staying up until 2:00 a.m. (while eating great food),
(Wesley's amazing homemade Oreo cupcakes!!!)
putting the impossible puzzle together,
playing board games,
arcade games,
air hockey,
foosball,
video games,
watching videos,
soaking in the hot tub,
having fun while walking through the shops,
and exploring things on the streets
(even creepy things).
Also, while there, Veronica and Bridgette used the cabin and beautiful surroundings to take pictures with their professional cameras.
Veronica was also nice enough to take Breck's senior pictures! Here is a quick peek...
Finally, it was time to go home, and catch up on some much needed sleep!
(sharing and cuddling time is over!)
