The morning of Memorial Day Brad and I ran a 5K put on by the Lexington North Stake. We had a great time and so did the other participants from the Stake ...

Annalee & Porter Griffith, and Luke Risher getting ready for the race!
 Claude doing some pre-race stretching.
Bart & Jennifer with their new dog.
Let the race begin!
Brad finishing the race with the serious runners!
Awards were given to the top three finishers in each age group (kids, teens, and adults). An exhausted YSA who finished in the top three (too bad they didn't give awards for the top male finishers AND female finishers)!
Mark & Bridgette all smiles as they finish the race.
The Risher kids finishing while Mom Cherie gets some good pics.
 Rich finishing in great form!
The Griffith family each crossing the finish line.
 Bart & Jennifer ...
and Lindsey with friends doing a little jig at the finish line.
Amber Marcum and the Dyer family finishing like champs ...
 along with Luella Alcorn!
You can tell it was a pretty humid day by the red faces of little Luella and the Dyer girls.
Far right is Kevin Johnson who came in second overall, just behind his son Kaiden.
Amanda Johnson cheering on Koen, the youngest Johnson runner.

Jill Kocher and hubby cheering on their little runner.

The Hanson family finishing the race strong!
YSA couple who just got married the weekend before.
Patty making it home, even with her bad knees!
The amazing Claude ...
and Sandi & friends finishing like troopers!
Our fearless Stake leaders, the Denninghoffs, bringing up the rear ...
along with the missionaries, who were assigned clean-up duty.
Sister Brown, the mastermind behind such a great activity!
