Rexburg, Idaho
It seems like Halloween came so fast this year that I almost missed it. Luckily, the activities leading up to Halloween are even more fun than the actual day itself.
Breck and Aubrey had fun (okay, fun might be a strong word) going with a group of friends to a haunted trail near Rexburg.
Aubrey also decorated Halloween cookies with her FHE group,
and hosted a fun get-together at her apartment Halloween night with her roommates, Breck & Spencer Massey (who are roommates), a FHE bro, her wonderful roommate Anna, and Ashton Barber from Kentucky!
Utah County
Brittney and Sean had fun buying clothes from DI and dressing up as scarecrows (good thing Sean is such a good sport!). They went to the coolest and biggest Halloween dance in town! Too bad it was so cool (super long line) and big (more expensive by the hour) that they never made it in the door. But hey, there's always next year!
London, Kentucky
The highlight (okay, highlight might be a strong word) of Brad and my Halloween was going on "The Thriller" bike ride in London, Kentucky.
We went on the 25-miler (not to be confused with the 44-miler or 100-miler) and it's all I could do to keep up, and keep warm!
The only pictures I took were of our pit stop half way through.
But it was awesome! It had some of the best hot cider I have ever tasted, and the other snack foods were just as good like the homemade cake balls, white chocolate dipped monster pretzels, and what we refer to as crack (candy corn and dry-roasted peanuts), just to name a few.
Everything was decorated so cute,
and the scenery was gorgeous with all the Fall colors.
It would have been perfect if that was the end, but no, we had to go all the way back! I really did bike the fastest I could (I was in last place), but once in town Brad told me to get off the road and walk my bike because I was holding up traffic (a row of cars behind me about a mile long). But hey, there's always next year (or maybe not).
Georgetown, Kentucky
One of my favorite things about Halloween is watching the marching band perform in their costumes!
No band Halloween night would be complete without some stalker pictures of Merinda and her friends!
And in case you couldn't tell, Merinda was a strawberry (not to be confused with Mini Mouse). The stem on the head is the give-a-way. That's really the best we could do 30 minuets before she had to be there!
Because our football team didn't make it into the playoffs this year we got to jam in Senior recognition for all Seniors from the football team, band, and cross country into one night, which also just happened to be Halloween band night!
